Only under extreme medical circumstances are refunds applicable. We need at least a months notice to change a course date, we understand here at Institute of Aesthetic that things can happen and you will never lose your money, with us doing everything in our power to get the best new date for you.
Once your course balance is paid you will recieve you pre course study material. This means you will enter a contract with us. Your training can then not be cancelled as per our terms and conditions. Please make sure that you are 100% certain about training with us before paying your full balance.
Covid - 19: At the point of any lockdown that prevents travel/attendance on our courses. We will change all courses dates free of charge. We cannot refund booking fee's/course prices. We will do everything in our power to accommodate students on the closest date to train in the location of choice.
Booking Fee's
Booking fee’s will be deducted from the training course price. Under all Circumstances booking fee's are non refundable.
Cancellations & Re-arrangement
Institute of Aesthetic work to a right Callander Schedule so please do your best to attend. Institute of Aesthetic do not offer refunds on cancellations of courses. We will however keep the payment amount on file which can be used on other courses. Course date cannot be changed with less than 1 month's notice.
Refunds
Institute of Aesthetic do not offer refunds for cancellations of courses. * Refunds due to Medics conditions will be assessed and require a letter of proof from your GP or medical professional. We will then assess the conditions and decide if a refund is applicable.

We do not offer exchanges on booking fee's/course balances with other parts of the Empire business. For example, you cannot exchange course balance for treatments or any of the products from our wholesale department.
